Nocturne 1 op.9 – Chopin

Well ok, I’ve got 2 or 3 years of piano lessons when I was a very little girl but the last 30 years I didn’t play a lot, maybe once a month and I was able to play only 2 or 3 easy songs.
In 2009, as I stopped to work, I decided to spend more time playing piano. I’ve started to learn with some Youtube piano tutorials but very fast, I felt a mess of technique.
So, I took back some lessons (with Elie Drai through Skype) and restarted from almost the beginning to correct all my bad habits and hand positions. After learning the piano basics through “Lucie” , a song by Pascal Obispo, I made some exercices to soften my hands and then I’ve started to learn this Chopin’s Nocturne.
Here below, I’ve uploaded some very old videos to show how much work we need to learn a such piece and what can be the progresses.
