Lesson 4 - Bars 30 to 42
Welcome to Lesson 4 of The Summer Knows (Summer of ’42).
In this lesson, the piece becomes more technically demanding. We will divide the work into two clear parts so that each of you can progress at your own level.
The first part presents a simplified version of this section. If you are a beginner, this is where you should focus your practice. Once you feel comfortable with this version, you can stop here and consolidate your playing before moving further.
The second part is designed for more advanced players. Here, we will develop a more technical version of the passage, adding right-hand octaves and increasing coordination and control. This version requires greater strength, precision, and hand stability.
Choose the level that matches your current ability, and take your time to build a solid and confident performance.
This lesson is available in the complete piano kit
